5) How did you attract/adress your audience?

In order to attract and keep the attention of our audience we used a number of different thriller conventions, these included a build up of tension and and fast pace throughout the whole opeming.
The fast paced editing and music to match made our thriller a very exciting thing to watch, the story is quite interesting too. We also made the film from the people who we think are our target audience and the things they like in a thriller film.

People would continue to watch our film after the opoening as the opening is fast paced with lots of edits to add excitement to the film, the story line is also deep and interesting wehich would get people to watch the whole fim as the audience would want to find out what happened in the story for the characters to get in the situation in which they find themselves.

The surrounding of our thriller opening fitted the atmosphere that we wanted our opening to create, we shot in the middle of winter which gave us darker and a more interesting light that would fit the story that is going on. We also shot at the back of an empty park which was good as it gave the sense that the characters are alone in a remote location, this fitted the story of the characters.

This is the entrance to the park in which we filmd, this turned to be a very good location as the surrounding created the atmosphere that we wanted our thriller to have.
